- Independently managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns from end to end
- Participating in the management of Google Ads campaigns and supporting Google-focused PPC activities
- Planning, setting up, optimizing, and analyzing the performance of paid social campaigns
- Developing campaign strategies, media plans, reports, and optimization recommendations
- Creating advertising solutions tailored to specific platforms, target audiences, and campaign objectives
- Continuously monitoring campaign performance and optimizing results based on data-driven insights
- Managing client relationships, leading professional consultations, and presenting campaign results
- Collaborating closely with Social, Creative, Data, and other specialist teams
- Contributing to the development of social and PPC strategies, as well as pitch and tender proposals
- Keeping up to date with paid social trends, new advertising formats, platform features, and AI-driven solutions
- At least 2–3 years of experience in PPC, performance marketing, or social media advertising
- Proven ability to independently manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
- Experience with Google Ads campaign management or a solid understanding of the platform
- Hands-on experience in planning, optimizing, and analyzing paid social campaigns
- Up-to-date knowledge of advertising trends, formats, and best practices across social media platforms
- A data-driven mindset and the ability to independently interpret campaign performance and insights
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Confident English language skills, both written and spoken
- Experience in developing social or PPC strategies and an understanding of organic social media operations is considered an advantage
