- Planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing international and domestic events either fully or by handling specific tasks independently
- Designing, fully organizing, and executing professional study tours and roadshows
- Organizing press events from preparation to closure
- Engaging subcontractors needed for project execution, maintaining communication, and preparing contracts
- Handling full-scale project administration, follow-up tasks, and gathering and evaluating feedback after events
- Primarily looking for a senior event manager with several years of experience but applications from less experienced candidates are also welcome
- Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
- Effective communication, solution-oriented thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Confidence and independence
- A friendly and team-player attitude
- Willingness to handle administrative tasks related to projects (an event assistant supports the team’s work)
