- Coordination, mentoring and professional support of an account team of 2-3 people
- High-level contact and communication with clients and partner divisions
- Coordinating the account team and managing their tasks
- Support and supervision of daily project management: communication and administration
- At least 5 years of agency experience in an account position
- Experience in leading, managing, supervising, motivating and teaching an account team
- Proficiency in integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital)
- Professional project management practice: full-scale project management, precision, optimization of work processes, adherence to deadlines, brief writing
- High degree of customer focus, effective communication with clients
- Solution-centered and goal-oriented approach
- Strategic vision, thinking in systems
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Determination and independence
- Friendly, team player attitude
- Fluent, conversational English skills (verbal, written, presentation)
